Currencies, the basics:
At Traderís Way, Prime Online Forex and CFD broker, we ensure that our clients get maximum trading opportunities along with some of the most accurate quotes in the market. We encourage new traders, especially those new to the market, to check out our edu resources covering all aspects of trading. Currencies are traded in pairs in the market and traders purchase/sell them in pairs unlike assets like gold or shares. Simply put, traders go long or short, pitting one currency against the other. All currency pairs are denoted by three capital letters, the first two relates to the country code whereas the last letter stands for the currency.
Example: NZD, where ďNZĒ stands for New Zealand and the last denotes the Dollar.
