Felix, FPA's founder, is known as the one of the most shameless Internet swindler. Why secretnewsweapon.com was closed as illegal? How could a man, doing illegal business, start up an honest project? It is just illogical! It couldn't be so! They trim brokers by blacking them at the pages of their website.
    Pity me! Please....

Show me any proof that felix is the guy that founded FPA! If he did, so what!

    Straight from the FPA site:

The scammers in the forex industry dont like the FPA very much, and for a very good reason. We warn people about scams. We cost the scammers a lot of money. Information is the best defense against scam. Scammers thrive when traders dont have access to information.

Youve probably noticed some problems accessing the FPAs website for the last week or so. The reason is that we have server issues. The reason we have server issues is that there has been a distributed denial of service attack against our website. This was done to keep people from seeing what the members of the FPA and what our reviewers have to say about companies. A good company has nothing to fear from our reviews and forums. A scam company can lose a lot of business when people read about their unethical actions here.

At its peak, we recorded over 15,000 different IP addresses all attempting to load FPA web pages hundreds of times per minute. This attack used computers belonging to innocent people. A bot net was remotely controlling their computers. Some computer viruses can be used to do this to computers. The only thing the owner of an infected computer will notice is that the computer seems to be running a lot slower than usual.

You might be wondering who did this. We have our suspicions. Although PoltekFX is supposed to be located in Belize, the manager of PoltekFX is based in Russia. The attack started in Russia, then spread to computers in other countries once the programming staff temporarily blocked all access to the FPA's website from Russia. The attack started shortly after the article about PoltekFX equating profits to cheating. We cant prove PoltekFX started the attack, but the timing and point of origin have them on top of our list of suspects.

This isnt the first time we've been attacked. There are a hundred or so blogs filled with hatred and bizarre lies about the FPA and Felix. Some of them claim hes really an American who owns MB Trading. Anyone can go to NFAs website and see that this is completlly false. Some of these sites even claim that our very talkative member Pharaoh is really either Felix or Rob Grespi. Robs written two articles for the FPA, and we only get one or two posts per month out of Felix. The lies get even stranger after that. Those websites are less grounded in reality than supermarket tabloids.

We know most of these blogs are the work of ForexGen or someone working for them. Lt. Ken is one of our investigators. His very first case after joining the scam investigations team was dealing with ForexGen. Within a few days of trying to open negotiations with ForexGen, his name and email signature started showing up on those blogs. He had not sent emails to anyone else using that signature at that time.

One of these blogs had some lies about Etoro. When an Etoro representative contacted the blog author, he tried to blackmail Etoro, demanding money to remove the lies. We can't prove that this blog is one of the ones directly controlled by ForexGen, but this sort of criminal behavior would be in character for a company that regularly steals from traders.

Back in June, several of FPAs email accounts were mailbombed. Since the start of that attack, tens of thousands of messages have poured in. It took a couple of days to prepare all the filters needed to make all those messages disappear by pressing one button. Many of the messages were attempts to register FPA webpages with different companies, and all the companies recorded 193.90.55.25 as the IP of the computer that submitted the requests. We were not surprised to find that this IP is from Norway. ForexGen is also from Norway. This isnt proof they did it, but we find this very suspicious.

Someone has also been spamming innocent people with information copied from the FPAs homepage. This is designed to make it look like the FPA spams people. We NEVER have and NEVER will advertise this way. If you have gotten a message like this, use the Contact Us link on any page in the FPA website to send us a copy of the message. Please include the full headers of the message if you can.

We can solidly link many of the bogus blogs to ForexGen. We are very suspicious of ForexGen in the mailbomb attack and the blackmail attempt against Etoro. We strongly suspect PoltekFX of being involved in the denial of service attack. Both of those companies have a pattern of deception that would fit well with spamming in order to try to damage the FPA's credibility.

We can't prevent these attacks. Even huge companies sometimes have their websites taken and have other problems caused by these sorts of internet crimes. It is likely that the FPA web page will be taken down from time to time. Our defenses will try to keep up with changing attack methods, but we will not win every battle. We are gathering information every time an attack is made against us. We will share the information with law enforcement and hope that the people behind these attacks will get lengthy prison sentences.

There is one other thing we can do. We are convinced that some company weve revealed to be a scam is behind these attempts to keep our troops and the general public from reading about the scams weve revealed. So we will now post links to all of the scam findings of the FPA Scam Investigations Committee, many of the articles written about scams, and also two excellent articles about how to avoid getting scammed.

What about secretnewsweapon project by Felix from FPA? It scammed a lot of people and the website was closed by the goverment.
You didn't answer my first question! You claim that they are an Illegal organization. Because they are not selling any services they do not need to show you their offices and as far as I'm concerned they could be running the site from their home which most likely they are. They don't have to show their names to you or anybody! Why should they? and make it easier for you guys to spam them. Their servers are already being attacked as they are, why would they even consider giving such private information.

The difference between a broker like you and them is brokers have a financial interest, they don't - it's very simple!

I'm not aware of any real proof that the people that ran secretnewsweapon project are the same that run FPA. I can find a lot of people that say positive stuff about this and that they were shut down by higher forces other than the ones you claim.

Search in Google and you will find the comprehensive information. For example:
felix forex forexbastards peacearmy scam rashid tahir AVAFX Official Anti Weblog
    Rob Grespi’s Official Anti Weblog
    avafx AVAFX Official Anti Weblog
    Forex-tsd Blog – ForexPeaceArmy
    Felix AVAFX Official Anti Weblog
Felixbastard.com facts about Felix - Talkgold HYIP, Investment & Money Forum

    and so on...

They've thrown dust in your eyes! But in reality they do have a financial interest not for traders, but for brokers! It is a very great method of earning money: to post blacking and slandering materials at the forum, then with the help of desperate traders to extort money from a broker. They crafted image of a rather good self-denying organization, which the only aim is to find scam brokers and fight against them. Wake up! This world is too capitalistic to allow anybody to establish an organization without commersial interest. They earn with advertisement, first of all. Their site is very popular in engine systems and among traders, so advertising at that portal is very profitable for the companies. The other side is that if FPA advertises you, it clears your name and makes you an honest broker. This is the obvious way of making money. Another method is masked under their formal "honesty" and consists in blackmailing brokers.

Search the Internet and you will find interesting facts:
Continuing the series of Felix projects on the web, there is another website added to Felixs catalog. It is not announced there that it is owned by him(though it is the biggest aspect of scam), but it can be read between lines. This website known as Spartan Forex Fund, http://www.spartanforexfund.com/.

Felix main intention behind building this website was to gather more wealth. Spartan Forex Fund activity is to make clients open accounts and take regular profit of 16% on their account balance. This is too much similar to a bank account, in which clients put their deposit and take regular profits from it. It can be considered as private investment, but Felix knew well how to handle his business for his advantage.

Now if you visit this url http://www.spartanforexfund.com/ you will find it closed. The website is close for violating privacy laws of Switzerland while they are originally located in USA! Even in times of defeat Felix knows how to keep eyes away from him. The server really locates in USA, and it is written now in the website homepage that it is appended to Switzerland.

The website activity was ended due to discovering its real immoral activity. They intend to open accounts for clients and give them a certain percentage over it. But what happens after an actual period is that they suspend their accounts and there is neither a profit nor a deposit, meaning that clients lose all their money. So after a certain period, the website ended its activity for the reason published on the homepage (or may be Felix has become sated with the money he gained).

The strange thing here is that, this Spartan Forex Fund appears to be like a financial partner, but there is no single evidence that they have a money management agreement or any partnership agreement with any broker or financial institution. So how can it be? Or how traders could trust them and put their money there?

Isnt it enough for now to know all these scam cases of Felix and his partners? What are you waiting for to happen more than that? I think nothing worse could happen than succeeding in making a mafia online disguised behind a curtain where nobody can be able even to notice their black magic effects!
It is quite obvious, they don't specify their names as founders. It is a black business and they know that in the end their bucket shop will be closed by the goverment. So after that they will need to establish a new scam company.

Hello. First of all thank you for your review. What about prices, they depend on liquidity providers and on spike-filters used by brokers. If InstaForex and a broker use different liquidity providers, the prices they offer will be also different.

If you think, our price was incorrect, you can send your claim to delaer@instaforex.com, we will reconsider your deals and maybe refund your losses.
