    Thanks funyoo,

    In this EA and in others appears:

    int limit=1;
    for(int i=1;i<=limit;i++)
    {
    // main signal or conditions for open
    ...
    }
    I don't understand why, could i delete the loop "for" without implications?

    Yes i get the same poor results from january, that is not an EA fault, it just needs more optimizing i guess. My computer is to slow to do this, i think i need a super computer

    I like this EA and so i will do a major optimizing!

    I am in the process of doing a major optimizing on the gbpusd 1h pair, when it finished will report my results. I am optimizing with SL, TP, TS, BE and just about everything else.

    It is going to take a while so no idea how long I ma doing it for 6 months for now!

    I am in the process of optimizing for 10 years, but it is going to take me a very very long time, so see you in a week or more lol

    Forgive my ignorance, for I am relatively new but if I used the same set file as in the first post and did a backtest for the period 3/13/09 on and results were terrible, then basically would that not indicate that the ea doesn't perform well on a go-forward basis? If you keep having to re-optimize it then what is the point?

    Thanks!

    Brendan
