    Hi,

I have tested this EA on demo and is one of the best and constantly profitable EA ever. To bad I cannot use it on my live account as it does not work on small accounts. It would have been great if we could get the code for this EA to modify to work on smaller accounts because it makes fantastic profits, never had a loss.

    Hi MvanGraan,

It doesn't work even if you put a lower risk (0.2 for example) ?

Sorry for he question, but why some Ea's doesn't have .mq4 file and have only .ex4???

    Is it protected?

Witch is the difference between mq4 and ex4 files?

The ex4 file don't have the source code that can be edit, haven't it?

    thanks for your patience

ex4 files are the compiled versions of the mq4 files, therefore what you see is encrypted text when you try to open them with a text editor like Notepad. However, Meta trader 4 will only use the ex4 file to execute the trading bot commands, mq4 file is just an readable editable version or probably a better name for it, the source code of the trading bot. In a way, this will provide the basic protection for programmers trying to protect their intellectual property rights.

For most brokers, this source code will be auto-compiled to produce an ex4 file each time you start up your Meta trader 4 (Note that this auto-compilation feature upon launching the Meta trader 4 doesn't apply to all brokers, for some you may need to manually compile them yourself).

To manually compile a mq4 file, double-click on your desired mq4 file. This should bring up the MetaEditor along with the source code being displayed in a programming workspace. Next, click on the button "Compile". To help you locate, this "Compile" button is located somewhere at the top of the screen with a green color tick and a small notepad as its icon.

Upon successful compilation, you should be able to see 2 lines of message below at the "ToolBox" frame window.

Under the "Description" column, the 1st line should read "'Compiling <Name of EA>'.mq4"... The next line will read "0 error(s), 0 warning(s)". Once you see these 2 messages means the mq4 file has been successfully compiled. If you would like to double-check, you can check under the folder which you have compiled it in, to see if there's an ex4 file that has been generated.

You can then copy this ex4 file over to your "experts" folder located in your Meta Trader 4's main folder. Next launch the Meta Trader 4 terminal. Once your Meta Trader 4 terminal has been loaded, bring up the "Strategy Tester" by pressing "Ctrl-R" and check if the name of your EA which you have compiled is located within "Expert Advisor:" drop-down list box. If it is there, congrats, your newly compiled Expert Advisor is now ready to be use.

In backtest posted here from funyoo, I can see that somedays it opens and closes an enormous amount of transactions at the same minute and second. As in a forward test or live this is not possible, Is this a flaw in EA code ot MT4 tester?
