    1st thing I think we can do easily is auto detect 4 or 5 digits. A simple change that would make life easier for a lot of people following this thread.

    Does anyone know how to make this change? If not I am happy to do it.
    Hi sbwent, welcome.
    I thought the code below in the init function already did that. This is from funyoo's latest version 202.

    int init()
    {
    digits=Digits;
    point=GetPoints();
    return(0);
    }
    //|---------x digits broker
    double GetPoints()
    {
    if(Digits==3 || Digits==5)point=Point*10;
    else point=Point;
    return(point);
    }

    //|---------deinitialization
    /*int deinit()
    {
    return(0);
    }*/

    Hey funyoo,
    How come the deinit function is now commented out by the /* & */.
    What effect should it have on the ea, if any.

    Anybody got any progress on the re-optimizing with the corrected logic.
    I still need a round tuit.

    cheers bt2

    With reversesystem=false, the ea trades normally, as expected. ie buy on buy signals, sell on sell signals.
    If reversesystem=true, the ea trades opposite to signals. ie sell on buy signals & buy on sell signals.

    I think some programmers include it for when the market appears to catch on to the effect of an ea or group of ea's that are exploting an observed anomily/ edge.

    Hi verbtheory,
    Like your writeup for strategy tester & optimizing that I see around a few sites.

    I havent seen anything in the ea code to restrict it on live account.
    Is your live account the same size as your demo, ie both mini's or both standard.
    I set up an extra demo on FXDD & was sure I had selected mini like my other demo & live IBFX accounts.
    But when I had played with it a little, soon showed up that it was a standard account. Does however reach down to 0.01 size lots.

    cheers bt2

    Sorry, I didn't see version 2.02. Well, I guess that solves that problem. Does it detect OK?

    Yes Same Here 5 Digits No Problem,
    This Is A Good EA,
    I Can See Why Magic Man Ripped It Off,
    But Can Be A little Freaky When It Opens All Those Trades,
    I Counted 20, To Many If Get A Quick Turnaround Ouch,
    Thats Like 30% Risk - Danger Zone.
    I Will Max Orders At 5,
    & Keep An Eye On It.
    Don't Worry Funyoo You've Earned Your Coffee Mate!

    Cheers
    Rob.

    I like MagicMachine (standard version) better. It has fewer losses than V-Force 2.03 and a high win percentage. MM made me 35% of my live account last week and already 10% of my account today ! I use it on EurUsd, GbpUsd, and UsdChf pairs because they have low spreads. UsdJpy could also be added, it did not perform as well during my testing so I dropped it. I also set MaxOrders to 4 so it doesn't overtrade and possibly hit a bad streak.

    Hi Hammy,
    Congrats! How much are you risking to make 35% in 1 week?

    Thanks
