    Default OK dudes, great stuff.

Appreciate all the work put into this one fellas, thanks. funyoo, as I'm taken V2 to my live account today I'm buying you a couple cups of cafe bud, the least I can do.

I'm sure that I've most likely missed this suggestion somewhere along the way in this thread, but an idea.

Anyone considered rigging V2 to run with Trail Stop instead of a stop loss? I'd think a trailing stop of 40 or 50 might show some really cool results on the one hour. It would also make it easier to use the V2 on different charts. Simply eyeball and check what TS looks the best.

It would turn in a few more losses, with the shorter bail out level, but it would also keep you around for some muuuucchhh longer rides. And the way this thing tends to get into great trades, wow, that would be great to hope into 4 or 5 long runs at once. Just an idea.

Thanks again funyoo, am learning a lot here.

    Angry Still not 90% quality

Been playing with Optimizer & v1.1 after adding the StoM<StoS fix on the sell side.
Still no success with getting 90% modelling quality.
Seems to be lots of different theories around on how to achieve it, but keeping it at that level with current data is a problem.

This is from EU H1 at FXDD on demo. But might actually be MetaQuotes data.
    Covers just 6 months 1Jan09 to 1Jul09.

    cheers bt2

Yes this is normal for this version, just double checked the original v1.1 and got the same warnings, they are just warnings and won't hurt anything.

if you can share you set file i can run the test through, but i think youre data is ok, its just some volume mismatching or something.

can people kindly post their settings, or backtest .htm files with their graphs - along with exactly which version you are running? it will help as we look to find the best settings , not only for euro but for other pairs.

as a new comer to this thread, i am finding it hard to join in and contribute because i am not sure what has been achieved, and what those results are. if i know what has been done, i can work on other tests to post up, rather then failing to replicate the ones you have produced.

    very good looking EA though

Its interesting that I am getting great results in a demo account with a M15 chart. I'm not sure why I am seeing this just yet, but I suspect it's due to the quality of the historical data, the settings or a combination of the two.
i would hazard youre in the middle of a 'good run' of results like shown just before the big loss on your 15m graph.

I used v1.1 with the StoM<StoS fix put into the sell tests, about halfway down the code.
Dont know how to get my saved set files out yet (none show in my \experts\presets folder although I have saved plenty).
My settings are standard except for RPeriod 21, MarginPips 17, StopLoss 75.

I used to run v202 as it was the only vers with the code corrected as errors etc were found. Ran it on M15 EurUsd. Showed up plenty of trades to be able to follow the trading logic & check the ea was handling the trades correctly. Wasnt too bad, but hit a stoploss a bit too often.
So looked back at the fixed v1.1 cause of the 4xProject writeup spin on "Magic Machine".

    cheers bt2
