A brief description of the rules for manual trading would be much appreciated since I am just starting out.

Yellow MA = SMA5
Orange MA = SMA15
Red MA = SMA36
When the yellow MA is over the red MA, we go long, then we exit when the yellow MA is under the orange MA.
When the yellow MA is under the red MA, we go short, then we exit when the yellow MA is over the orange MA.

Trading Tips?
I’d like to try out this EA because it seems to be the easiest trading system to handle. This will be my first ever Forex EA to use.
Would you mind giving me some tips: best currency pairs, time frames, settings, etc.?
1. Can I try this trading strategy and/or the EA on shorter time frames like 5M, 15M, 30M, 1H, rather than 4H?
2. Can I use the EA on exotic currency pairs as well?
3. What is the optimal setting? Could I just use the default settings?
Sorry for too many questions, but I have zero experience in Forex.

A Problem?
I am demoing the EA on EURUSD H4. It appears that a short (sell @ 1.2740) position was opened at 2008.11.06, 20:00 FXDD time, even though it looked as if the moving averages had crossed at 16:00. What’s troubling more is that a position with the lot size of 4.04 was opened, although I set it at 0.1.
What am I missing here? Is the entry made at the time exactly when the moving averages are crossed, or at the close of the bar (new bar opening)?
