You have to rename it with a rar extension.
I had tested this expert advisor a while ago, but there is a bug, there is no sell orders or buy orders I don't remember. Only orders of one kind.

sibkis strategy :
1. Watch at last week’s high and low.
2. Set a buy stop order at the high (with a 50 pips stop loss).
3. Set a sell stop order at the low (with a 50 pips stop loss).
4. When one order triggers, change the other order’s entry point to the stop loss point of the triggered one.
