Thread: FT_Scalp Parabolic MMR

    Default FT_Scalp Parabolic MMR

    Funyoo,

I joined Elite Group and want to let you know how impressed I am. I stayed up until 2:00 AM last night in amazement at all of the great EAs. I don't post often but visit the site frequently and am fascinated with all of your work with parabolics.

I know you get so many requests to modify EAs and I have tried to avoid bothering you until I have exhausted all other options.

Is there any way you could modify FT_Scalp Parabolic MM Reverse (attached) to have a MAX Orders function?

My backtesting results are obfiscated without this. Also I cannot translate-- do you know what the "BBU" function means?

If it can be done and you are too busy, is there a coder you would recommend?

I love TSF and especially the new Elite Group! Thanks for all of your dedication and hard work!

    Thanks,
    Chili

    Hi Chilibowl,

    FT_Scalp Parabolic rewritten and optimized.

Maxorders added. BBU was the breakeven. You can find more explanations in the code.

    EU M15. Since 2002.

    Total net profit : 2174.19%
    RDD : 29.90%

    Hi szmvscla,

No, it is based on the broker server's time.

    Funyoo--

Thank you! I just revisited and found this. I have been enthralled with your Gartley EA-- I notice that the testing results that you posted are much better on Instatrade than FXDD, which is where I was testing. Thanks so much for all of your hard work and for the elite section!

    fgh,

There is provision in Funyoo's code to do that. You simply go to inputs when you are setting up the EA on the chart. The second input is for magic number. You can enter whatever number you like, just make sure it is different than the magic number for each other EA you have up and running.

OK-- Edited post to attach new backtest-- I know, its a mess. This is trade set for EURCHF M5 2010. MAXorders=1 (I incorrectly said I was using EURUSD M5, it is really EURCHF M5).
