Double Parabolic SAR Expert Advisor

Funyoo, I had been developing a similar EA for Parabolic SAR because I noticed with just the indicator on a chart how well it matched up with buy or sell history. I actually went thru a whole week using the vHandsTrade simulator and just a psar indicator and noticed that I was getting an 80% hit rate using a 10 pip take profit and a 15 pip stoploss.

It is amazing how the simplest is sometimes the best! Thanks for this EA. A big improvement to the call using double psar and ADX.
If I make any mods/additions I will be sure to post them.

Hi,

I am playing around with this nice EA, and i keep getting multiple trades on the same candle. Which part of the code do i need to modify, and how do i need to modify it to limit the amount of trades per candle to one trade, or maybe give it some sort of time delay before making another trade. As you can tell, i am no coder.

I have included a screenshot to show the problem. And i have also put the EA from this thread that i am trying out.

thank you in advance for your reply and help, any help is greatly apriciated. I tried to figure it out, but with no avail.

Funyoo, can you repost your optimized EA? How has it been performing? I have found with my limited trading that the SAR provides fairly reliable entry points. I would love to utilize your system and work towards a more profitable account. Thank you for your willingness to share.

Hi ,

You can find a forward test here. I had not got regular positive results with this EA.
