    I would like to say that: The TheRumpledOne was not not involved in the creation of this EA.

    EA based on basic rules from thread:NEVER LOSE AGAIN!! - TheRumpledOne - Forex Trading | MetaTrader Indicators and Expert Advisors
    Breakthrough of psychological levels and H1 in the same direction as current 1D.
    The logic in this method seems to be ok but I could not archive positive result with the settings which I had chosen.

    1. EU H1 last year
    TP=10p+spread SL=20p
    profit: -100%
    2. EU H1 last year
    TP=5p+spread SL=0
    profit: ~74%
    RDD: 90%

    You have made a great job with this ea.

    Indeed, the results are better with different settings.

    EU H1. 2007-2008.

    Total net profit : 925.58%
    RDD : 29.13%

    I think than for back testing we all have to use same broker.
    As different brokers have got different spreads, gaps, data feeds etc. For example the result from FxPro (same ea, same conditions as per your test) is a little bit different than from Masterforex.

    Correct, but as everyone want specific services, at least it will show the potential of an ea. Then people will still have to do their own optimization.

    for the 1st one: default
    for the 2nd one:
    default with following changes
    StopLoss= 0
    TakeProfit= 5pips + spread, for the .5digits brokers 50+spread

    I just wanted to remind IBFX users that IBFX has a 95 second hold time rule and if you use a 5 PIP TP you might violate the hold time rule during busy times...

    Electric, just to double check with you...this is a response from IBFX regarding the 95 seconds...

    Client Services 10: In accordance with our no dealer intervention business model it is not the policy of IBFX to police the trading style and activities of our clients. However, as a general rule we recommend that clients remain in trades for a duration of at least 90 seconds.

    It seems that it is not really a rule but what they refer to as "recommendation". Just wanted to verify that you have not had problems with this in the past (as I am currently switching my account to them and my trading method is mostly scalping).

    Yes I have and had an issue on another EA...The way you are flagged is with mysterious requotes...trade context busy....old tick....cannot communicate with server....etc....

    but if you try this EA and can get away with it ...let us know ok?

    We need a 10 pip or more TP to get us time...

    P.S. By the way I heard that ODL just dissallows the violating EA....I do not know how they do that...

    Kniter,
    i have the same problem like you on beginning.....100% loss. I follow the setings that you made but still almost 100% loss.
    What you change in setings that you get profit?
