Would it be possible to get a version that works on 5 digit accounts?
    Thx a million
    Hi walidnemnom12 and welcome,

You have to multiply SL, TP, TS, BE by 10.

I use the 15m setfile from this thread somewhere.

    ES,

Are you still forward testing this EA? If so, how is it going?

    Thanks

    Hello rp,

    I shut it down....

Out of 1000's of EA's I have only found one over the four years I have been testing that suits me...I predict I will find another one here in this Forum soon.

My feelings about this EA was that the trades that I saw sometimes exited because of luck or entered because of luck...

If I understood this EA more and how it traded, I might change my opinion.

    ES,

Thanks for the reply. I quit running it as well. I find it hard to follow an EA blindly without knowing why it takes trades as well.

    ES,

If you don't mind, can you please send me a PM or an e-mail? I have a couple questions for you regarding all the EA's you've tested. I tried sending you a message, but I wasn't allowed to.

    Thanks

Thank you for understanding. I must say that this Forum is very, very good and if Funyoo puts in the years it will be right up there in the top forums for Forex. I am pleased to have found my two favorite forums on the internet and I hope to be a part of the trading community for years to come...

    Hi ES,
Perhaps I can clarify a little the idea behind this EA.
In my opinion, the author uses two Parabolic SAR, slow and fast, as they will trigger the operations as follows:
The slow points to the long term trend, and the author is interested in this trend. To open a position waits until there is a retracement movement. Then the fast points to the opposite of the slow. At this moment the EA recognises the retracement. In the case that the fast SAR points again the same direction of the slow, that means that the long term trend is again prevailing, then the EA opens a pending order calculating the entry point(% of distance between the lowest point for buy and the highest point for sell and the high or low of the current bar "Ur1"), the sl(n points away from the lowest point for buy and the highest point for sell "otstup") and the tp(% of distance between the lowest point for buy and the highest point for sell and the high or low of the current bar "Ur2").
When the retracemet movement doesn't touch the entry point, the order is not triggered. That makes sense, otherwise the results would not be good, as I have tested.
I hope this can help you understand the logic behind this EA.
