    Its the one found at post #21, the one with random function for buy and sell condition.

    I was just interested how an EA with random condition for buy and sell perform in forward testing.

    The set file is for EURUSD M5.

    My version, Stochastic Indicator, and Set file:
    Hi everybody,
    it seems al right at first look. Problem is that the no stop loss mechanizm makes this kind of system very damegerous. it does not close itself until it does not the profit. Sometimes it take 2 hours, sometimes 4 hours. The dangerous side is then there is made a trade in the peek (go long) and it never comes back. In this case it sweeps up all you account.

    did some backtesting with EA (the version found on page 3) last night using EUR/JPY and received excellent results over various time-frames. I have a couple of questions that I hope you can assist me with:
    1. While backtesting, I kept getting an OrderClose 138 error. I found were the error was occuring and make the change to the Orderclose paramater from "Bid" to "Ask". My backtesting results did not seem to be impacted by the change but I would like your opinion if I should leave the logic changed.

    2. With the backtesting results I had I decided to be brave and have the EA run on both my live and demo account (I use FOREX as my broker, 1 hour EUR/JPY). This morning when I looked at the results, the EA in my live account (using a .02 lot) size had generated $89 in profit on about a dozen orders but the same EA running on the demo account (using .1 lot size) had not generated a single trade. I know that results can vary between the demo and live but I am just wondering why it did not open any orders at all in the demo account.

    Thanks for your help

    ZerkMax(owner) find 2 errors in the code:
    1.wrong buy condition:
    if (High[Shift1]>High[Shift2]&&High[Shift2]>High[Shift3]&&High[Shift3]>High[Shift4]&&Open[Shift1]>Open[Shift2]&&Open[Shift2]>Open[Shift3]&&Open[Shift3]>Open[Shift4]) BuyOp=true;

    or

    if (High[0]>High[1]&&High[1]>High[2]&&High[2]>High[3]&&Open[0]>Open[1]&&Open[1]>Open[2]&&Open[2]>Open[3]) BuyOp=true;

    right version:
    if (Low[0]>Low[1]&&Low[1]>Low[2]&&Low[2]>Low[3]&&Open[0]>Open[1]&&Open[1]>Open[2]&&Open[2]>Open[3]) BuyOp=true;
