REQUEST FOR FUNYOO TO ADD LOT LIMIT to SAR ADX EA:
Dear Funyoo: I see where you were ask to add a max lot limit to an multiplying lot size when money management is used. It is here: Gwagwa.com v1.01.mq4 (7.2 KB, 15 views)
Would you please make the same add in the SAR ADX Expert Advisor on this thread? I have been testing using Dukas 99% data and the SAR ADX has great potential. Back tests
of 2008, 2009, 2010 and first Qtr 2011 are very profitable. However, in forward demo testing on Alpari UK I cannot come close to matching the closed trade volume (rate of trades closed)
compared to the back test results at 99%. I only test one year at a time, but the continuity is very good for all years. PLEASE add this lot size mod in the money management section of
the set files for SAR ADX EA. Thank you very much. When I figure out how to get my copied screen shot loaded over on this thread I will post my results.....any help with moving backtest
results over to here are appreciated. Atlas1

Dear Funyoo: I have run Dukascopy 99% historical data runs on the original SAR ADX to compare against all my runs on the v1.1. No comparison, the v1.1 runs much better in every TF. However, in my Alpari UK forward testing I observe in the Journal entries
I get mostly delete trades and not the trade series of entry, then several trade modifications concluded with hitting an sl, etc. The trade volume is very low on any given TF compared to the trade volume of the strategy tester for the given TF? Why would this
be the case? Could you please take a look at the code and see if there is something triggering the high number of delete trades? I am not a coder, but an experienced trader in testing and running EA's. If I can get this EA to replicate even anywhere close to
the 99.0% back tests it will be very profitable. Thank you for considering my request of yesterday and this one today as well. Respectfully, Atlas1

After much forward testing on SAR ADX EA, I find it to accumulate nice gains only to cycle and give them back 70%! Close observation tells me the EA misses many SAR ADX indicated trades. The 99% back tests are spectacular, but forward it seems
not to have the trade volume of the bask tests by having many fewer closed trades? Perhaps the issue of not taking many trades in forward testing and also having much less trade volume could b a code issue? Otherwise, the EA is quite stable. If it
could be altered to closely match the back tester 99% results, it would be very profitable.

I am very very to this, and I have super basic question.
I have tried your EXs, that is MACD following level, and SAR ADX expert. Thank you very much for your posting.
Both open the positions, but does not close automatically.
Is program made to close the position? Or the position is closed according to SL or TP, set by me?
