Thread: Breakout BSL EA

Ok, so the "magical" code I added is something I found out there somewhere in a post. Someone who wrote it made it available to anyone who needed to have that capability. Here it is:

Place the following at the top of your code:

double Poin;

int init()
{
//Checking for unconventional Point digits number
if (Point == 0.00001) Poin = 0.0001; //6 digits
else if (Point == 0.001) Poin = 0.01; //3 digits (for Yen based pairs)
else Poin = Point; //Normal

return(0);

Then...change "Point" to Poin wherever it appears in the order section.

Compile it and you should be good to go. I don't know about the error you get but if I can fix that one I will post it too.

Now lets go and make some money eh?

That's maybe stupid, but I had forgotten to optimize the results. I had let the default settings (with Lots=5).

Please, can you add a set file for a $500 balance account. I greatly appreciate that help me, because my pc is very slow to do this optimization.

I think that if an EA is capable of working well with a small balance and unused microlots then it is really good EA and can do wonders in a larger account.

I've been testing this EA on 5 digits broker (FXPro)
It's not doing any trade at all.

I tried this EA "multibreakout" on my demo account.

First 3 hours, I got profit over USD 900.00 easily from 4 trades and without loss. I like the function of closing the trade.

I felt happy that I found out the best EA.

But after 1 hour, most trades got loss.

What did I find out is that if the price breakouts the support/resistance, I got profit. if the price doesn't breakout the support/resistance and reverse, I got loss.

1.Can you modify this EA to place the trade after breakout S/R?

2.Can you make this EA to place the trade manually to attach to the chart?

When I see the direction , I will attach this EA manually to the chart and to place the trade, The rest functions are the same as original EA.

Nobody answer my question until now.
But I found out the answer.

When I attach the EA on the chart, I have to tick the " Allow live trading" and "Ask manual confirmation" under Live trading.
Please see attachment.

When EA place a trade, Order popup window will appear and if you want to allow this trade, you have to confirm and palce the trade.

You can try with any EA and you will get more understanding.
