    wow this EA is very profitable i have to say in backtests. I have been doing a backtest for quite a while now and it is taking for ever, but it seems to be performing very well.

    I am going to forward test this to see what happens

    This EA performs very well, at least over the last two years. I am using the stripped version which the author recommends.

    It wins A LOT. In fact it can go for a whole year without losing in backtests!
    It does the right thing (tm) by ensuring that the gates of profitable trades get locked behind them in case the trade swings back into the negative.

    Thing is, when you start testing over more than a few years, you WILL hit a loss and then it really hurts. I seem to think that the -1000 option for closing all open trades is a little too high, and it will take some optimization to figure out where the sweet spot is to ensure that where trades DO lose, they don't lose this badly and wipe off all the profits.
