You can use Google Docs and XPath with IMPORTXML function, you just need to create a Google sheet, and then to add the urls on the A column, this formula on the B column to get the title :

Code:
=IMPORTXML(A1; "//title")
This one for description :

Code:
=IMPORTXML(A1; "//meta[@name='description']/@content")
And this one for keywords :

Code:
=IMPORTXML(A1; "//meta[@name='keywords']/@content")
It's not perfect, and it won't grab all data.

You can also use them in Excel with SEOTOOLS (demo version), just go on cookbook > XPathOnUrl.xlsx, in the A column, add the urls.

Then in the second column, add :

Code:
=XPathOnUrl(A1;//title;"")
In the C column :

Code:
=XPathOnUrl(A1;//meta[@name='description']/@content;"content")
And in the D column :

Code:
=XPathOnUrl(A1;//meta[@name='keywords']/@content;"content")
