Forex Broker Training
I wonder if someone could please tell me what are some of the requirements to become a Forex Broker like Interbanke for instance?? I see a lot of people complaining about brokers.... I was wondering If you get your own Brokers Licence you may be able to run your own platform and possibly trade your personal money without the normal scams associated with most brokers..... by having direct access to the platform the banks use in conjunction with your own EA??

Get your professional certification. Forex brokers are grouped in with futures and commodity brokers and are typically required to pass the National Association of Securities Dealers Series 3 test. You can find and order comprehensive preparatory material for this test online but to take the actual test you'll have to be sponsored by a licensed futures brokerage firm. There are no explicit educational requirements for being a Forex broker, but a college degree in business or economics would enhance your chances of getting hired.
You are going to need several things.
1.) clients,
2.) e/o insurance
3.) you need to produce at least 200k in gross commission to even be looked at if your opening up a firm.
4) compliance officer
5) clearing company to clear you trades.
6) series 7 license (allows you to trade equities)
7) series 63 license ( allows you to practice in your state)
8) futures license
9) Insurance License
10) series 66 or 65 license allows you to charge for your advise and time.
11) and you need experience.
Those are just a few things you need along with marketing etc.
The important keys to becoming a Forex broker are education, professional certification, and state licensing.
