Thread: An idea? or not?

i have an idea just dont no if it could work, id like some advice or mayb a ea that can check this
1. u enter with a buy and a sell
2. the currency went up 50pips the sell trade is at a loss u DOUBLE up WITH BOTH THE SELL AND THE BUY
3. again anothe 50 pips as before double up etc etc for as many trades as poss
4. as soon as the currency turns back by my tp it closes all the buys and all the sells, soundss good? please id like sum advice

Hi Shaya...Good to see Frank is working for you....Did you get optimization working good?? The idea you have here does sound interesting...but the problem I see is you would have a profit of ZERO all the time...even if the currency went up or down 1000 pips...

Correct, profit zero with buy/sell is hedging = no trade at all = loss spread + swaps - you have always decide which way you are going = 1 order in profit, 1 order always in loss

you must:
1 buy, tp 50, sl 45, spread 1.8
1 sell, tp 50, sl 45, spread 1.8
market grows, buy closed with profit 50, sell loss with 45 = 5 profit - 3.6 spread = 1.4 netto profit = 1.4 pips = 14euros x 10(0) lots = 140(0) euros per trade - for very low spread brokers only! this system is called news trading on high impact news with gaps

to trade with futures! or high vola forex pairs
