    Hi przem81621,

If Low Risk is set on false, then yes it can only be a midband cross.

    Hi Russ-Trader,

If TradeAtSignal=true : order opened at next bar after gartley signal, the other indicator will be used to confirm the signal.
If TradeAtSignal=false : order opened at any moment as long as the previous gartley signal is in our direction. The gartley will confirm the other indicators signal.

UseBBMACDExit=true : it depends on the risks that you have chosen.

Indeed a user manual guide pdf would be nice for a such code.

    Hi viennatrader,

I'm not sure to understand your question.

Yes Momo counts and BB Macd are compatible.

Personally, I would advise to only use Gartley with trade at signal=false and BBMACD medium and low risk. You can disable momo counts, otherwise you will only get one trade per month.

Also use one of the trailing stop option to secure your profits.

Hi all.. I've been following this thread for awhile.. and it's very interesting and exciting.. hehe

Anyways.. I found a Macd BB pdf file somewhere and thought to share it with everyone for more insight into the Macd BB signals.. hopefully it's talking about the same indicator that we're basing it on

Hope it helps! Good trading all!

    Default Gartley purely

    Hello Funyoo
thank you for your speedy reply,
    I understand it correctly?:
if I would like to Trade gartley purely do I BB and MACD to false?
BB MACD filter is for the trades?
and stop and tp is the mathematics of gartley in the ea program?
    thank you verry much

If you want to trade only Gartley, set Momo Counts and BB MACD on false. Then yes you can enable the Gartley SL TP if needed.

    Hi Funyoo,

Can you code in a 'max trade per signal imput' so once the trade closes out from say a 10 pip take profit, if the bbmacd and gartley are still lined up it won't keep opening orders, that way the robot would have to wait until a completely new gartley forms before it trades again

I will post some set files for everyone here soon that are working extremely well

using this for short quick in and out trades is gonna be killer

good work guys..I love this ea and am playing around with it to see what it can do. Yes it should only trade 1 trade per setup. I think you guys are catching on about the power of the macdbb and the different time frames. Its a big ea but it accommodates all strategies and different variations. Now the biggest problem will be how to stop someone selling it..

I hope to post some good sets over the weekend..

    Default achievements?

    hello mr. 50pips,
it would certainly be interesting to see their achievements so that others here darrauf trader can build.
if we all use the same test, we can not continue.
because then we test in the district around.
what I try, they perhaps have long been considered not profitable recognized.
thus, we believe that the progress on.
I was already in the last 3 years in many forums, unfortunately, very soon ruled the envious and jealousy and good systems are dead. I hope this does not contradict experience.
therefore, I am curious what setup they use.
I am currently working with the most broker activetrades.
they still have a nice day
    best regards

one more recommend funyoo on an entry filter, say gartley and bbmacd say buy but either a pivot or a resistance level is x pips away it won't enter a buy and for a sell if pivot or support is x number of pips (we could specifiy how many pips away) it won't sell but wait for the next gartley.

doing tests right now I see that if gartley and bbmacd line up for a buy but a resistance level is close it will bounce off and not carry on through.

another way of saying it- for a sell trade...gartley, bbmacd line up and price is above pivot in resistance zone x number of pips (user can specify) and for a buy you have gartley, bbmacd lined up and price is below pivot in support level zone, trades that meet these criteria are golden - absolutely frickin golden

then if we have take profit cabablity at the the next resistance/support level once it does get in the trade...$$$$ sickness
