In the v105 parameters there is a section called "BBMACD Settings". Please refer to the set file I posted earlier.

Backtesting (I know!) on GJ, EJ, EU, EC for the two/half month period of March 9 to yesterday resulted in no losing trades (I tell a lie, I had 1 losing trade) but the other interesting thing is you can run it on M15 and M5 also (without changing any params) and the only effect seems to be to bump up the number of trades without causing any losses. I'm sorry, I did all this on my home pc so can't post the results from my work pc (which I'm using now).

Please take all this with a pinch of salt but try it yourself on H1, M15 and M5 to see what I mean. Drawdown might be an issue - needs more work.

    Have fun.

    Regards,
    David

ps. It may even do better switching 'Trade At Signal' off in the Gartley param section...

Is the MACD bb setting below fits for all TF?
    FastLen( 12),
    SlowLen( 26),
    Length( 10 ),
    StDv(1);

Anyone can help to clear this? Thank you

bigpipn.. refer to above rules... are you using the MACD BB default value on 30M TF?

    Shisuyu,

I'm not sure what you mean by 'transactions'. Can you elaborate?

    Thanks,
    David

You need to allow dll's in your options. Have you used Metatrader before?

Interesting subject guys. Been following with great interest.
Just noticed (has been there for a while) 2 massive Gartley's on both the H4 and daily chart, GBPJPY.

BB_MACD not showing a red dot at the midband yet though (H4 or D1). H1 looks better in that respect.

Question for the people that are more experienced with the whole Gartley 'thing'. On those high timeframes (H4 and D1) would the fact that it is nearly weekend prevent you from entering if everything was to line up? Or would the philosophy be that, since we are talking bigger timeframes here, it is ok to carry the trades over the weekend?

    Thanks.
