    Default Past Gartley versions

I've been following this thread from the beginning and testing this EA on and off.

My experience is that versions 102 and beyond will not open trades consistantly or maybe not at all. v101 opens trades but TPs are not managable.

I edited the code of v105 to custom call the V.101 gartley indicator instead of the v.102 gart indi. I found it trades consistantly and is profitable depending on the settings you are using. There are a couple of bugs at times with a series of orders opening and then closing with a loss of the spread. I can't see what is causing this. My settings are flawless.

I have traded GU 5m for 2 weeks and netted 284 pips of GU even with all those bum orders. I'll get 5 or so bad open then close trades and then suddenly it will trade normal for hours. I am also trading 1hr charts too with a profit.

What I have here is close to being a great EA. I'm sorry it does not follow the Pattern theory perfectly but it will make money! In the code just replace "gartley v102" with "gartley v101" where ever you see it.

What are others experiencing with this EA and it various versions in this regard? Do you get trades to open with versions 102 and beyond? Anyone please respond!

The original Zig Zag indicator (which is what Gartley Pattern is comprised of) repaints and is hard to automate. One of the better programmers that I know created a new and improved version of the Zig Zag. Unfortunately, his produce is commercial produced and therefore is a charge for it. I contacted another experienced programmer and he is currently working on an even BETTER version of zigzag. MACD-BB and a volatility filter will be used in the next version of Gartley. I cannot confidently post a time for when this will completed but it is coming soon.

I have all but given up on automated systems. There are a few new automated systems that are doing well so far, but I am taking it with a grain of salt.

I have provided enough information in this thread to make you money. Use the momo counts the macd bb and the Guppy Mas and you will mint money.

My PM box is always open. I have been given a lot and I have had the fortunte of having amazing luck since joining this site. I owe this place a lot.

    2) After first one takes profit the second trades has trailing stop of 75 and breaks even at – 10 pips

    3) Double lot size for next trades after 3 consecutive lossess and go back to default after any 2 consecutive wins.

    That’s all
The setup might be complex but it is really a trend master and range dodger if well coded to follow these rules.
I hope to get your usual quick response Thanks ones more.

    Here it is.

I only ask that you do not try to sell this.

    Let's get started.

I have attached some screen shots.

..yeah, a bit up and then all the way down, hope you see by now Ram on your own demo. Try it in reverse. EA has reverse setting.
Good job, keep posting statements. This is the only final and objective measure. Everything else is just someone's "posing as an expert" opinion. Thank you.

...could you be mo specific on your "amazing luck"?
you mesure it as a developer? you got ideas? trading ideas for your manual discretional systems?
    e-lations?
    improved manual/discretional entries?
    improved mental focus?
    What is your luck?
    ************************
Main question did you find EA tweak that creates $$ on autopilot?
if not how much manual monitoring does it take?
    ********************
Could you demo test your "amazing luck" system and post it here

could you elaborate on the settings?
    Profitable for how long?
Can you post a clear statement?

Otherwise how else do you know that your own thoughts are true. It is common in trading to be caught up in the "I know it all syndrome". Actually I don't want to question that we all know it all.
The point is How to translate All Knowledge to All profits on ALL ACCOUNT STATEMENTS.
    Let's stick to the task.
