i have a simple idea.
everbody knows dounlelecciwody.
i use it with large cci periods for catch trends in one minute.
you can see picture

is it possible to make an ea?

It was written for M30. So to run it on M1 you simply multiply all indicator periods by 30, or input longest CCI period = 1000 that you like and the rest scale in proportion.

You can't just do it with single CCI, there should be another filter and that was already figured.

Anyway my computer become heavy when backtest woodies Ea.
i dont know why????

why? because the indicator Woodie_Trend has many many uncessary program loops inside loops. so it is slow. it took me 54 hours to back test (tickmode) on GBPJPY M15 one moneth data.

so someone here needs to spend time to fix the woodie_trend indicator.

CCI 1000 may be good for manual work, but EA is something entirely different, it doesn't see patterns you see.

Also try MACD 1,1000,1 for manual. It looks close to CCI 1000, but MACD tracks the extreams and divergence better. It's great way to look at price, but to teach computer to do the same...give it another 10-20 years.
