Thread: Super_3Level_Z1 EA

  1. #1

    Default Super_3Level_Z1 EA

    Hello Funyoo,

    When you have the time, kindly edit or upadate attached EA which I copied from this thread. Please use attached 3 indicators.

    Open buystop (from 1-10 orders) when any two of three indicator's signal paints below the current price. If any of the signals repaint in the next bar, open another buystop. Close all orders when any one of three signals appear above the current price.

    For sellstop, the opposite conditions of the previous paragraph.

    Thank your very much and best regards,

    Hi Funyoo, can you please add MACD and OSMA as filters? Place buy orders when it cross over zero and vice versa. Thanks much.

    Hi Funyoo,
    Kindly add countertrade (buy/sell limits). Pips away from price and distance of gid can be manually input. The same way for breakout (buy/sell stops).

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks much, Funyoo.
    By the way, I was thinking to buy you a cup of coffee. Where to go (or where's the menu (to click) for buying coffee?

    Hi Tamarafox / Funyo,
    I am running the EA but no orders has been places. Is it possible to attach a set file to see if I set all parameters correctly?

    Kind Regards.

    Hi MvanGraan,
    I do not have the proper setting as yet. I'm trying so many combinations. Because I do only forward testing after office hours, I'm not finding the right setting. You can start with the default setting but turn-off macd and osma to start with. The ea makes a lot of trades - few are ok but most are too early entries. Regards.

    Hi Tamaraofx,

    I turned off the osma and macd and it do place trades now. I am also playing around to see the best settings.

    Do you know what the following settings does?
    extern bool usez1=true;
    extern int ExtDepth=25;
    extern int ExtDeviation=5;
    extern int ExtBackstep=3;
    extern int barn=1500;
    extern int from=0;

    If I turn off
    extern bool uselevel1=false;
    extern bool uselevel2=false;
    extern bool uselevel3=true;

    will this only place orders on the big yellow 3?

    Regards,
    Marius
