    Default (Request) Jaimo-JMA EA

    Hi Funyoo,

I was wondering if you could program the following EA.

    TF: 1h

    Indicator: JMA.mq4 (attached)

We long when the fast JMA crosses up the slow JMA.
We short when the fast JMA crosses down the slow JMA.

    SL adjustable
TP (user defined or when JMA signal turns in the opposite direction)
    Trailing SL adjustable
Break Even + BE Slide adjustable

Open only 1 order per cycle.

This EA is similar to the EMA Scalper Unlimited you programmed. Just the indicator is JMA instead of EMA.

    Thanks a lot,
    Jim

this is the Jaimo-JMA EA is just simila to the EMA Scalper Unlimited.
The back-testing seams to give wrong results but looking forwarding test seams ok, let me know if it works for you

    Hi,

it seems there is a problem with this EA based on JMA. I can not run a backtest.

    Hello again,

it seems that the JMA EA v1.00.mq4 still have some problems. Because I can not see that the EA close open trades.

    Thank you.

I have made something similar to EMA scalper unlimited. No trades made.

Hi Funyoo, what is the logic behind this EA? it looks like sometimes when the cross happened, trades arent made, and sometimes it does.

Then I notice there are some settings have things to do with donchian?

    thanks!

I'm playing around the idea to use the Donchian Channel as Trailing Stop tools.
Put the donchian indicator on one graph and see if it isn't a great tool for Trailing Stop, it leaves enough space to the price for breath and it changes dynamically according to the market conditions.
And don't forget that you are looking to the past so in a particular moment you really don't know what are going to happen think about this when you think about Trailing Stop
