Default Time Outs and Targets Settings

I have tried to understand the setting that you call: "Time Outs and Targets Settings"

But i just can't understand how it is suppose to work. And in the EA's that i am looking at there's no info about in the code either.

Can someone help me out and explain to me what it is and how to use it?
    Regards / JoLi

    Hi jolimoney,

If after timeout1 minutes, the trade has not reached his takeprofit and the profit is over or equal to target1 pips, then we close the trade. If after timeout2 minutes, the trade has not reached his takeprofit and the profit is over or equal to target2 pips, then we close the trade. Etc...

The goal is to close the order before the stoploss is hit and to limit the loss.
