    Default Newton strategy

This is the system that I have named as NEWTON since it is based principally on a indicator called "Gravity Center".

Since you can see in the attached graph, the strategy consists of 5 lines of colors red, orange, blue, green and dark green. With these lines we are going to realize the strategy using the following criteria:

When the lines are ascending, we only realize operations of PURCHASE.

=> when the price touches the GREEN (clearest) line we give the order of PURCHASE.
=> we place the TAKE PROFIT (TP) at a the level of the BLUE line.
=> we place the STOP LOSS (SL) to the same distance that the TP.

    Example:

    - If touches the GREEN line in 1.3488 - We buy to this price.
    - The BLUE line is in 1.3520 - We place the TP to this price (+32 pips)
    - We Place the SP to the same distance, in this case in 1.3456 (1.3488 - 32).

When the lines are descending, only we realize operations of SALE.

=> when the price touches the ORANGE line we give the order of SALE.
=> we place the TAKE PROFIT (TP) at a the level of the BLUE line.
=> we place the STOP LOSS (SL) to the same distance that the TP.

    Example:

    - If touches the ORANGE line in 149.34 - We sell to this price.
    - The BLUE line is in 149.01 - We place the TP to this price (+33 pips)
    - We Place the SP to the same distance, in this case in 149.67 (149.34 + 33).

I have been trying the strategy principally with graphs of 5M, where they give themselves the signs more often and result they have been good enough. I suppose that it is totally valid for major periods, but they will give themselves fewer signs and the quantity of pips of the TP and SL will be major, by what it is indicated for bigger accounts.

I wait for your commentaries and overcoat that you could obtain many pips with the teacher Newton and the gravit center.

    Hi and welcome gitaniko,

this is the center of gravity system, you are explaining. It is a nice system but you will get serious problems on lower timeframes because the center of gravity indicator is repainting. The lines will go heavy up and down and the price will be outside of the lines. Be carefull!

For me, i have classified this as a one kind of channel trading methods (like boillinger bands or keltner channel). They are working but only on higher timeframes. May this can beware you of some bad experiences.

    Kind regards

    Criss
