    Default Centered Moving Average Envelopes

    Perhaps someone find it useful for manual setup and want to write an EA.

    Full setup is multi time frame M1,M5,M15,H1..

    Warning, Snake repaints,
    so multi time frame fixes that adding resolution on smaller frames when they all combined. Market is a hologram
