I came across the description of this indicator , Repeated Median that is used in TradeStation and NeuroShell Trader/DayTrader Pro at The Robust(Repeated Median) Velocity System

The mathematical formula for the Repeated Median is:

Slope(t) =median i (i=1 to N) {median i≠j (j=1 to N) [(price(j)-price(i))/(j-i)] }

Can this indicator be created for MT4 ?
