Here is exceptionally an indicator.

Ok Funyoo,
I have been testing it out works well but a slight problem,
the buy arrow should be below bar (B) and should be looking to buy at the dash line, one pip above the high of bar (B)
If price does not touch dash line and price goes lower then false signal, buy arrow can come off, if price touches dash line then is a valid signal and arrow stays on.
