There is an infinity of combinations, all depends on your way to trade. For main trends, there is Parabolic SAR, Moving averages, Heiken Ashi, etc ... etc...
I can't really say as I don't do manual trading. For the moment, I'm still looking for a system that generates regular profits.

Generally currency swing trading aims to capture the reactions in the greater tendency (either bullish or bearish) and seeks to take advantage of trades that can last a few days to a week in a row. In this context, it is a form of short-term trade, and is the only method short-term forex trading works.
Money flow index MFI- It compares "positive money flow" to "negative money flow" to create an indicator that can be compared to price in order to identify the strength or weakness of a trend. Like the RSI, the MFI is measured on a 0 - 100 scale and is often calculated using a 14 day period. You can easily find the option in your trading system.
