Does anybody know how to create a business of managing accounts for other investors(managed forex accounts)? Do i need to become a broker first?

What software is used for managing accounts?
I assume its a mt4 from broker but individual investors have to open account themselves. Is there a way where investors dont do anything except just to send money and fx money manager does everything?

Or do you mean becoming a broker which is my intention simply to keep costs low so that profits are increased for managing funds etc.
