Who can help me to find a good mt4 broker for scalping strategies without hedging restriction in Canada or US?

I’ve had an experience with Canadian office of fxopen. web FXOpen mini & micro forex broker - forex services - forex trading
My personal recommendation : Scalping is permitted. I didn’t have any problem with money withdrawal. Fast and great support. Good eurgbp and eurusd execution during asian session. But not NFA registered.

They are financially solid and happy making very good money only on spread. They also haven't resorted to locking MT4 to steal extra Pips like I've seen at both IBFX and FXCM.
(I've had SERIOUS problems at both FXCM and IBFX trading normal....The spreads were totally unpredictable..and order fill at times was NON-existant.......which would be DEADLY if scalping)
