We provide three types of accounts – LITEFOREX, MINIForex and REALForex. These account types differ in their minimal requirements and volume of traded contracts. MINIForex
The second group of accounts is designed for retail investors and this group of accounts is the most popular choice for the majority of our clients. These accounts are offering live market (starting from 0 pips) spreads on a vast variety of trading instruments. These accounts are maintained on a dedicated and powerful UWC-Real.com server offering denomination in the most popular world currencies. These accounts are unlimited with the number of simultaneous orders offering the fastest possible execution. These accounts are interest-bearing accounts.


REALForex
The third group of accounts is designed for professional investors such as experienced individual traders and financial institutions. These accounts are not recommended to the beginner investor because of the higher deposit and margin requirements. These accounts are offering a live market spread on unlimited trading instruments - we are virtually able to quote any world currency or trading instrument per client's request. The rules of the contest!

Main definitions

Contest name – “No Restrictions”
Contest organizer – United World Capital Limited, (“Organizer”)

Contest registration begins on 8th of March 2010 at 00:00:01 and ends on 13th of March 2010 at 23:59:59 (GMT+2).

Contest begins on 15th of March at 01:00:01 (terminal time). Contest ends on 19th of March 2010 at 22:59:59 (terminal time, GMT+2).

Contest results will be summed up by 5:00 PM on 24th of March 2010 (terminal time, GMT+2).

Participation in Contest
• Only company’s clients with verified trading accounts, who fill in an application to enter the contest, are eligible to participate.
• Both natural persons and legal entities can participate.
• A participant must be at least 18 years old.
• A participant must register on Company’s web site and open a separate demo account.
• Only one (1) entry per participant and only one (1) demo contest account are allowed during the Contest.
• All information provided by Contest participant must be valid.
• Organizer has the right to decline participant’s registration without explanation.
Contest trading conditions

Every participant has his/her own demo account where the following trading conditions apply:
• Account Type – demo
• Deposit Currency – USD
• Start Deposit – 10,000
• Leverage – 1:500
• Minimal Contract – 0,01 lot
• Maximal Contract – 1 lot
• Instruments available for trading – ALL
• Advisors – can be used
• SWAP – SWAP-free
• Stop Out Level – 10%
• Restriction for the number of simultaneously opened trades – no restrictions
Contest participants completely follow General Business Terms and Contest Regulations while conducting operations on the account.
Contest winner

Contest winner is a participant who has the biggest trading balance on the account by 22:59:59 on 19th of March 2010 (terminal time, GMT+2). All trades will be automatically closed at the last price of the corresponding instrument by the time of Contest termination.

United World Capital Limited will not to disclose any personal data of Contest participants. Rating table available for free access will contain only account number, country of residence and current account balance.

Prizes

Total amount of prize is 600 US dollars.

1st place – 300 US dollars
2nd place – 200 US dollars
3rd place – 100 US dollars

If two or more participants have the same results and are eligible to get the prize, each of them gets a prize amount. Prize is deposited to the participant’s trading account at latest in 5 business days after the end of the Contest.

Prize can be withdrawn from trading account in accordance to the General Business Terms by any convenient method.

Participants disqualification

Company has the right to disqualify a participant while Contest with the explanation of the reason.
The reasons for disqualification may be the following:

• Violation of the Contest Regulation
• Violation of the General Business Terms or other regulating documents
Disputable situations
In the case of any technical errors, including trading server or connection failure, or any other errors of technical nature, only claims related to GTC (good till cancel) orders execution will be considered. It also includes stop-loss orders. In the case of non-market quotations (spikes), trades carried out using the non-market prices must be cancelled.
Liability
United World Capital Limited employees and members of their families cannot participate in the Contest.

All issues that are not directly or indirectly described in current Regulations should be conducted according to the General Business Terms and other UWC regulation documents.
