I can recommend the broker I started with - Forex Metal. Requotes occure but rather rarely, fast withdrawal. Yes - they are a market maker, but you can not open a small amount account with ECN broker (e.g. Ducascopy request $1000 as minimum as far as I know).
In AAAFX we can open an account with minimum 300$ deposit. This means trading with micro lots is possible with them...
I think these is good thing that for the small money investment the brokers can easily available and it is not as much as risky to your money goes away from you.It is really good advice for the new comers for the new investors.
