F9D2 system request for EA
Could anyone please create an EA for the following system. I have attached the indicators as well as the instruction manual for this system. Thank you.

Chart Setup:
Zigzag (MT4) (15,5,3)
Zigzag1 (custom) (100,75,15)
Zigzag2 (custom) (34,5,3)
Entry Rules:
1.) Wait for a signal arrow from H4 (either Zigzag1 or Zigzag2)
a.) up arrow for Buy
b.) down arrow for Sell
2.) Verify if H1 has the same signal arrow (either Zigzag1 or Zigzag2)
a.) up arrow for Buy
b.) down arrow for Sell
3.) If H4 and H1 has the same signal arrows, verify if M15 has the same signal arrow. If it does, M15 will serve as a possible entry point.
a.) up arrow for Buy
b.) down arrow for Sell
4.) When any 15-min candle closes above the maximum or below the minimum pointed by the Zigzag arrow - open a BUY (if you had a maximum) or a SELL (if you had a minimum).
STOP LOSS:
If any 15-min candle closes lower than the last hourly minimum (for a BUY trade) or higher than the last hourly maximum (for a SELL trade).
TAKE PROFIT:
Switch to the 15-min chart. Wait for an opposite Zigzag arrow. This could be a first target.
Switch to the 30-min chart. Wait for an opposite Zigzag arrow. This will be the second target.
Wait for an opposite Zigzag arrow on the H1 chart or even on the H4 chart.
When you have enough equity, you can double or triple your trades and apply different profit targets for them, closing the trades step by step.
