As I know ( not sure ) wait for it open one 0.1 lots and then manualy close it or change the lot size to 999 and close Mt4, reopen and change it to 0.01. Save as .set file and then remove the EA and chart after that reopen chart and attach the EA then load .set file. That what I did to resolve this problem but don't know if it will OK for you.

Here is my live statement from this week starting with a 3k balance. Mon-Thur I only ran it during the EUR session. Friday I let it run all day. $3800 in profits in 1 week, not too bad

Which version were you using?

Are you running at a certain time?

Is a TP set?

I'm using the default version with a modified SL and TSL. Do not use the author's recommended M5 setting, it will blow your account. Rather, use the M15. No TP level because the EA automatically closes the trade at the end of the buy/sell segment on the indicator. If you set a TP level, you could lose out on some very good runs.

IMHO there is no setup to avoid blowing the acc, in the long run. You made just some lucky strikes.I would never go live wit this system....

I want to say a big thank you for this forum. I am new to the forum and do not have progrmming expertise but have been trading now for a while. I have managed not to loss my money but i want to make money also.

1. For the mastermind EA what is the MM setting like. The default is MM -1 and Risk 1.0. Please what does this mean, Am I staking 10% or 1% of my equity and how do I use this to calculate my risk?

2. A lot of the threads here have condemned almost all the EAs and I just want to know if anyone has an EA from this forum that they have tested and has worked well.

Thank you for the wonderful job you do on these EAs. you really must enjoy it, but nevertheless thanks for sharing it all with us.

Hi SPUKIIII and welcome,

Both MM (-1 or 1) are risk management. You can edit the risk directly in the code at line 32. If the MM is set on -1, then minimum lot is 0.1, otherwise it is 1.

Just for information : this code is a modified version of the VQ EA that I have ordered about one year and half ago. The original copyrights have been deleted, not fair...

Use the the timeframe attached. Set the MM to 0 and risk to 0 and lots to 0.01 or your desired lot size. With the mm and risk set to zero you can enter lots size.
