Here is an EA based on the well known goldminer indicator.

Buy/sell when the color changes.

EU H1. On one year. Default settings.

Total net profit : 28.30%
RDD : 13.44%

Here is the Goldminer System EA. The backtesting is too slow.

It will generate bad signals as the goldminer2 indicator is repainting a lot (it is based on zigzag).

Hey, I checked this EA and I can't get it to take a trade, not even by backtesting. I had the same problem with the first one too "Goldminer".

Is there anyway you could take a look and see what's wrong?

Hey Buddy,

My mistake. I got it working. However, in the process I stumble across something that might be very exciting. So far, 10 trades and no losses. I'm going to do some tests and will get back.

If you may add AO and t3 stochastic. Buy (cover short) when goldminer andAO is green and ts3 stochastic main higher than signal. And Sell (enter short) on reverse condition. Thanks.

this is a good EA. But, looking at the chart, i dont know why the open and closed trades are occuring at their own intervals, and not when the goldminer indicator changes colour.

Is it possible to create a EA base on goldminer1 indicator?
Buy when there's an "Up" arrow and only close when the "Down" arrow appear. Vice versa for Sell orders.
