Default Import tick data to MT4

As you know, the standard data in MT have holes! And there are no tick data with floating spread in MT4 standard data.
I've found a way to import tick data into MT4 manually, but it was very difficult, and that's why I created a program, which is aimed to help you with importing tick data into MT4.
    The program looks like this:
    Import tick data to MT4-ltd18-png
The main advantage of the program is the possibility to download minute and tick data in "easy and convenient" way.
Also it allows to import floating spread without spending a lot of time on reading technical details about how to do it. You just need to click "import" and that's it!
The program can be downloaded here, I'll give it for free, but you may want to download the data for my program from my database (1.5 years of data with 30 symbols from 8 brokers). You can buy data service subscription here.
Let me know if you are interested in this program.

i think most people here use the free 99% Dukascopy tick data and birts scripts, unfortunately we see 'subscription' and move on the next post - thanks anyway!

There are several reasons why our service can be more useful than for example quotes from the Dukas. at first we have automatic data import in MT4, you can do that manually, but automatic import is easier and saves your time, also we have data for several brokers (please see the list of available data here), ie, you can compare the behavior of your strategy on different data.
more information you can read on official site

Now days most people want everything for free.

The don't care if you have spent weeks developing your software. They want the software for free and they probably expect free support (a long list of email asking you how to do this - how to do that - Please could you add ...)

If you consider 100% retail traders, you know that 2% are winners and 98% are losers. Those 98% daily search the web for everything free including systems, EAs, and so on.

They even expect to trade without investing their money. Only a free bonus. They would like to make billions for free and withdraw the money. Sooner or later, you will hear that it is too complicated and they are looking for the holy grail (a big get-rich-quick button).

This is specially true for metatrader users. They don't pay for the platform. They don't pay for the data feed and finally they spend much time in various forums complaining about the dirty tricks used by bucket shops to steal their money.

They won''t change their mind. Some of them will continue to behave the same and others will be scammed by some websites when attempting to find something new. Most of the time they won't be able to find a real product or service, they will systematically choose the scammers.

    Hi there,

This software application is free and exports to file and MT4 along with enabling 99% back-tests:

Tickstory - The Historical and Real-time Market Database for Traders

It sources quality tick data information from Dukascopy which is updated on a daily basis.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi there,

Not sure if my last message got through.

There is free software that allows you to download quality tick data from Dukascopy and export to MT4 in one step. It allows you to do 99.9% back-tests with ease. You can download it from:

Tickstory - The Historical and Real-time Market Database for Traders

    Hope this helps!
