1. ## Daily Breakout EA

If the parabolic goes up at 0:00, then we enter a buy pending orders at the high of the previous daily bar.

If the parabolic goes down at 0:00, then we enter a sell pending orders at the low of the previous daily bar.

EU H1. Since 2007.

Total net profit : 716.76%
RDD : 29.26%

Funyoo.

Could you add the ADX indicator to this EA so it only takes trades when the trend is strong?

It would be great if it would be possible to set the ADX value as a minimum to trade as well as the -DI or +DI.

It would mean for example that if the ADX is over 20 and +DI is either over 20 as well, or only over -DI (it need to be a choice of the trader. Like: "Only over -DI = False or True"), we take only long. Of course it needs to be in line with the parabolic as well.

5. Haha, good comment!

6. I made an misstake when i explained. For some reason i looked at this system as a Daily system not a 1H system. So what i meant was that this ADX filter should be based upon the daily time frame (1440).

And i also meant the ADX and +DI/-DI should be able to work separatly as well in a combination with the +DI and -DI.
This would mean the following combinations:

1. ADX seperatly (no need for the DI's intervention) need to be over a specific level.

2. -DI vs +DI separatly (no need for the ADX's intervention) No need to be over any level. Just one of them above the other

3. -DI vs +DI separatly (no need for the ADX's intervention) need to be over a specific level. And one of them above the other

4. ADX and DI togheter and over a specific level. Example: ADX and +DI over 20 = Only Long Entry.

Well... that was how i meant and i appoligize for the previous bad explanation. I do realize that this kind of code most probably would be more difficult but i really think it would benefit the system to know were the market power is heading to in the long run (daily TF).
And the different combinations could also benefit the system in such way that if one wants to play the more safer approach the combination of ADX and the DI's would be the choice to take wether if you want to go for the more risky one on a -DI Vs +DI would be enough.
The combinations between would of course be for the one who want's any other risk approach.

If you don't have the time or if the coding is to complex to make i fully understand. I just wanted to explain in a more detaild way how i meant.

Thank you.

8. well... what can i say... Thank you Funyoo :-D

9. Would it be possible to, in a easy way, modify the EA so that we don't deal with long/short stop loss and long/short take profit but instead just havning an overal stop loss and a overal take profit?
