Default Solar-powered internet plane by Facebook

Facebook is testing its new solar-powered plane Aquila to connect the people.

Especially the 400 millions of humans who have still no access to the internet.

Sorry, but I really do not see much need here for that issue. How it will be realised "new solar-powered plane Aquila to connect the people" ? "Facebook intends Aquila to be part of a fleet of planes that will provide the internet to 4 billion people in sub-Saharan Africa and other remote regions that do not have access currently." I assume it will be some station with big wi-fi ? Is it worked out 3 years later ?
